The Yellow Cottage on Gull Lake offers a unique and peaceful experience on Gull Lake, one of Michigan's premier glacial lakes that is spring fed and incredibly clear.
This cottage is ideal for couples or small families wanting privacy and chillaxing. Everything is new since 2022. Large deck area w Weber grill, central air, modern Shaker style kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms W Qween beds, washer/dryer. We provide all linens, towels, beach towels and paper products. Every kitchen appliance you probably have at home including a keurig and drip coffee makers. Our dock can accommodate your boat w 3' of water depth and 50' of broadside dockage. Or we can provide an Aqua-Patio pontoon or a JC Tritoon at additional cost.
One small dog allowed.
Maximum 5 persons.
Sunday to Sunday rentals only one week minimum.
We book directly without a 3rd party and we do have a stringent lease with a major credit card on hold for deposit.

$100 base cleaning charge. We ask that you leave the cottage as you find it with linens washed and folded on the beds, dishes washed and put away. Our cleaner will sanitize all surfaces, clean bathroom, kitchen, fridge. Additional cleaning services can be provided at cost.
