- Wi-Fi internet is provided by AT&T, but they only offer limited speeds best suited to web browsing & checking email. More than a few connected devices at a time will cause lag. We provide satellite TV & DVD players for all our homes since video streaming is not an option.
- Please note that quiet hours in South Haven are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and are strictly enforced. You are still welcome to use the outdoor areas during these times, but please be considerate of noise levels
- No use tinsel, glitter, confetti, feathers, etc.
- We currently don’t offer EV charging on-site. Attempting to charge an EV here damages our electrical system, any violations will incur a $400.00 fee plus any repair costs.
- Our docks, watercraft, gas grills & outdoor dining furniture are not available Oct 25-Apr 15. This home closes for the winter after New Year's Eve until March 31.

WONDERFUL We had a great family vacation in this AirBnB. Was a great place for the toddlers, teenagers, and adults. The lake was lovey, and had a slow incline so it was easy for the kids to play in without getting deep. Kayaking around the lake was beautiful. We had a few questions before and during the stay and the Host reply quickly and supportively. They were very helpful. The house was a great space. We loved the among of bathrooms! Really helps out with that many people. The patio overlooking the lake was toddler proof, which was amazing. Overall a great place to have a family vacation. - Theresa

By a stroke of luck, we discovered our first gorgeous property on Upper Scott Lake in Lee Township nearly 15 years ago. We began renting the cottage there out of a desire to share our wonderful experiences there with others. We now offer 9 additional rental properties, and we love offering a simple countryside alternative to busy city life.
