The Lucky Duck Cottage: Opened April 2023, Lucky Duck Cottage is a fully remodeled ranch-style retreat offering three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional half bath. Step into an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly blending the kitchen and dining areas with the expansive picture-windowed living and lounge spaces. Enjoy your favorite classic movies on our 43" and 55" HD satellite-connected TVs or indulge in family-friendly DVD entertainment. Gather around the smaller table for card games, board games, or arts and crafts, all while basking in the natural light streaming through the massive windows overlooking the backyard. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, savor drinks with friends by the fire table on the back deck, or savor a delightful meal around the backyard patio dining set.
Hawk's Haven: Gleaming on the eastern shore of Upper Scott Lake, Hawk's Haven is a splendid ranch-style vacation home. Its expansive backyard boasts an ideal space for outdoor games with a fire pit with ample seating. Private lake access awaits, complete with a dock and canoe for your enjoyment. Hawk's Haven showcases seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a well-appointed recreation room. The magnificent great room steals the show with its floor-to-ceiling lake-facing windows. Take in the breathtaking lakefront panorama while relishing the well-equipped kitchen with island seating and mini-fridge, cozy living room lounge area with a 55" satellite TV and DVD player, charming breakfast/gaming table for four, and expansive dining table. The lakefront deck offers outdoor seating with a gas grill, and the screened porch with an 8-piece dining set features a ceiling fan and can lighting perfect for rainy-day gatherings. The rec room is your hub for indoor entertainment, with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, media lounge area with comfortable leather seating, and another 55" TV.

Sleeping arrangements: Ten bedrooms with 14 total beds. Hawk's Haven has seven bedrooms, including five queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, and one kids' bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds (four total beds). Lucky Duck Cottage has three bedrooms with three total beds, including three queen beds. One queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Reserve both homes for your large group: These incredible rentals can be booked together to accommodate up to 22 total guests (16 adults max). Please note that dock, watercraft, grill, and outdoor dining furniture are unavailable from October 25 to April 15. However, our hot tub is available year-round.

As admirers of Michigan's abundant natural beauty, we hope that the folks who stay in our homes come to appreciate the area as much as we do.
By a stroke of luck, the owners discovered their first gorgeous property on Upper Scott Lake in Lee Township over 18 years ago. They began renting out the cottage because they sought to share the wonderful experiences their family has enjoyed through the years. We have added 13 more properties over the past 13 years, and we truly enjoy offering our guests a simple countryside alternative to busy city life.
