Instead of adding another permanent structure on our historic farm, we brought in a restored 1978 30′ Airstream and named her Miss Lulu Argosy - name after the original owner. A family of 3 or couples will always remember their unique “cabin time” in Miss Lulu Argosy.
This Sutton Bay vacation rental offers a very affordable way to stay in the Leelanau peninsula. Embrace a slow-paced, relaxed environment right here with trees, a meandering creek bordered by apple & cherry orchards.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 twins in the back and 1 double bed in the front of the Airstream. Guests can use the full bathrooms in the Starry Night Studio building.
Since Miss Lulu Argosy was movable, we found the perfect spot on the Century Farm to perch her - It now sits on the cooling pad with a near 360 degree view of our country setting. We maintained the original structure and restored the rest - everyone will have fun surrounded by the retro decor.
We did renovate a permanent structure on the Century Farm - a premier wedding and events Barn called Starry Night Barn & Studios! We purposely left the historic barn bones and gaps in the walls then added modern conveniences. Let us help you find the perfect Lake Michigan DJ, acoustic variety duo, photographer and videographer, caterer, Cake, full bar vendor, wedding drapery - everything to make you day special.
Your private northern Michigan vintage tiny house is a great place to return to after a day of exploring the Leelanau peninsula’s quaint towns, villages and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Make your stay a romantic one, find the perfect wine at one of Leelanau’s award-winning wineries ;)
Just 15 miles north of Traverse City where you can spend a day checking out the charming downtown, 2 marinas, a beautiful public beach, restaurants (locally grown fruits and vegetables), shops, galleries, and more. Since you book directly with us here at Century Farm Cottages, we can tell you all about some of the warm-season events close to your Leelanau peninsula vacation rental: Our favorites are the Summer Solstice Art Walk in June; The Leelanau Wine on the Water Festival the third Saturday in July; Suttons Bay Art Festival the first weekend in August; Fall Finale Art Walk in September.
Our very unique Miss Lulu Argosy Airstream offers the perfect location to enjoy biking and hiking trails, wineries & cideries, lakes & beaches and great food!

For 16 years we’ve been welcoming families and groups to our 2 Century Farm Cottages and Lulu camper. Century Farm was once run as a B&B and we recently restored the barn to the Starry Night Barn & Studios. Our goal is to preserve our land and area lakes for generations to come. We are grateful to call this amazingly stunning Farm “home” - now call these vacation rentals in Suttons Bay, MI yours for a long weekend or a week.
