Located on Burt Lake, in the center of the East side of the lake on the shoreline of the Sturgeon Bay facing South West, ensuring spectacular picturesque sunsets viewed from CedarStone's 100' beach & Dock with Sitting Sun Deck

CedarStone's beach is a smooth round stone base with a very gradual depth slope, with no muck, weeds or reeds, and no snakes, snapping turtles or suckers, with unbelievable crystal clear water, in fact on a calm day if you drop a shinny quarter off the edge of the dock, you can see if its lying heads or tails!

intersection of I-96 & US-23

Burt Lake is part of the Michigan Inter-Coastal Waterway. The waterway starts in Crooked Lake, through the Crooked River to Burt Lake, then through Burt Lake to the Indian River, down the Indian River under I-75 on to Mullet Lake, across Mullet Lake it then flows through the Cheboygan River and finally connects to Lake Huron just East of downtown Cheboygan. Living Room: Entered from front side cedar porch, with sleeper sofa, coach, recliner & 57” HDTV connected to Direct TV

Family Room: Cathedral ceiling with fieldstone natural burn fireplace, couch & love seat, plus sleeper sofa & rocking chairs, 2 sliding door walls that access the lakeside deck & multiple picture windows that go from floor to the cathedral ceiling

Kitchen: Cathedral ceiling with large wrap around counter that sits 8 on stools, table that can seat 8, other features include - stove with oven, large microwave, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, 8' sliding door wall & unrestricted lake view

About the Owner/Manager

This is a Family Vacation Home, purchased lot on Burt Lake in the blacktop paved Cedar Point subdivision and built a retirement home. Our family has experienced many fond memories, and now because we rent our home to responsible families, a number of other families have also had memorable times while staying at our home we call CedarStone. My wife and I would like to extend an invitation to your family to come stay at our home.
