Crocker’s Cottages
Welcome to fishermans paradise. Au Gres is named after the sandstone riverbottom and is known as the “Perch Capitol of Michigan” because you can catch them in the Au Gres River and Saginaw Bay year-around. Walleye and Bass are also found here. No boat? There is plenty of shore access for fishermen. Our favorite summer must see is the Venetian Festivals after dark lighted boat parade.
Our community is located on the majestic shores of Lake Huron. Take a swim, then return to the beach early the next morning and witness the spectacular sunrise. We are Michigans sunrise side. The FUN-list is endless: Fishing, hunting, golfing, historical museums, and of course the Wine and Hops Trail. Au Gres is an ideal place to spend a few days just relaxing.
Make sure you talk to rental owners about the many Au Gres seasonal events and day trips. At RentMichiganCabins.com you compare rentals and Au Gres lodging here, then book DIRECTLY with the owners or property managers. Renting through booking websites can cost up to 30% more.
