Deck overlooking the lake with table and chairs, benches, and both gas and charcoal grills. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a romantic rendezvous, a memorable girls' weekend, or a fishing or snowmobiling trip Up North our lake house will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. This is an "old school" Northern Michigan lake house with many modern updates for a comfortable stay.
With seven lakeside sliding glass doors, enjoy beautiful sunrises and immerse yourself in breathtaking views of the lake and picturesque surroundings. Cozy up by the original rock fireplace (converted to natural gas), adding a touch of rustic charm to your stay. Step outside onto the expansive deck, ideal for al fresco dining, enjoying a glass of wine or a beer, or simply unwinding under the sun. Enjoy swimming from our dock where the lake bottom is clean and sandy. Bring your boat for skiing, tubing, or fishing and keep it tied up to the dock. Or, use one of our kayaks to cruise the shoreline.
For those leisurely evenings, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on our Roku smart TV, or enjoy an evening under the stars on the deck or around the firepit (Bring your own firewood), or grill your own food on either the gas or charcoal grill.
Convenient amenities include a two-car garage with additional driveway space allowing parking for a total of 4 cars. Please note, street parking or parking in the yard or neighboring yards is not permitted. There is also a neighborhood "quiet ordinance" between 11:00pm and 6:00am.

About fifteen miles away is Caberfae Peaks Ski & Golf Resort. In winter, shred the slopes, and in summer hit the golf course. Trails for hiking and mountain biking are available year round. Whether you're a pro or just starting out, there's something for everyone here.

What a delightful escape! The entire place surpassed the beauty depicted in the pictures. Every corner exuded immaculateness and Christmas charm, down to the minutest detail in each room. We savored moments by the fire in the elegant yet snug living room, relishing the lake's serene melody from the balconies. (The assortment of board games and art supplies delighted my children!). The enchanting library in one of the children's rooms, stocked with captivating books for all ages, stole our hearts. All essential cooking amenities were at our disposal, and the beds offered heavenly comfort. Waking up to the picturesque lake view from the master bedroom was a delightful surprise. The property's proximity to Caberfae Peaks (only 20 minutes away) and The Timbers, a charming restaurant just 8 minutes distant, added to its allure.
